    Return and Refund Policy

    Returns

    We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If you are unsatisfied for whatever reason, please contact our 24-hour support staff at contact@hylify.shop to receive the return address.

    Once a product has been returned, as soon as it is delivered to the return address a full refund will be processed.

    If an order consists of two or more products but the customer wants to return only one of the products, please contact our 24-hour support staff at contact@hylify.shop to receive the return address.

    Once a product has been returned, as soon as it is delivered to the return address a Partial Refund will be processed for the amount of the product.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Refund Timeframe

    Once a product is returned and accepted at the return address the customer will be full refunded, funds may take up to 2-3 business days to appear in your bank account.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
